SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship to every part of Spain and worldwide.
  • Shipping fee is handled by buyer, which will be calculated when you proceed to checkout.
  • For international orders, all duties/taxes are the responsibilities of the customer.
  • Standard Shipping within Spain, other EU countries and UK: 4days – 3weeks.
  • Standard International Shipping : 2 – 8 weeks.
  • Express Shipping within Spain and EU countries : 2days – 1week.
  • Express International priority: 7days – 2 weeks.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
  • Important: Once your order has left our premises, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any issues that may arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be at the responsibility of the delivery company. Please contact the carrier for details with the tracking number that will be provided.
  • We DO NOT cover return shipping cost.
  • Upon arrival in the destination country or area, the contents of your order may be subjected to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your order.
  • Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, in some cases the shipment could be returned to the Us and we could be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs.
  • Any parcels returned due to non delivery or custom fees unpaid, will not be refunded however can still be sent on the customer’s request and all shipping and customs duty costs will be handled by the costumer.
  • Your local customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delays please check with your local customs offices. The invoice for the customs fees could arrive weeks after you receive your order.
  • PLEASE NOTE: It is very important that you label the items as ” RETURNED GOODS”. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees.
  • Once We receive your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is offered.
  • Patch and trims reserves the right to deny an exchange if items are returned used, soiled, or damaged in any way and such unqualified items will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any order returned to us with glue, markings, or any other stains will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through trackable post.
  • Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Us.
  • Patch and trims will not issue a exchange or refund on item(s) that are not received or are lost or damaged in transit.
