Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online store. Based in Madrid, Spain.
You can comfortably shop from our website and have your order delivered to your location. We ship worldwide.

Can I come to your location to see your products?

At the moment we do not not have things set up and displayed for physical shopping, hence we can not host visitors to come and see our products, as we can not bring out and repack all products from the storage each time for every visitor. We try as much as possible to capture our products pictures and videos as clear as possible to help potential buyers see the details on the product. You can visit our Instagram page here to see more videos and pictures of our products. We also have option of live video call for clients that wants extra verification of some categories of items that can not be returned.

We are working on having a physical shop in the nearest future.

 How and when can I request for live video call?

When you proceed to checkout, write on the order note: (“Please schedule a live video call before shipping”.).

Video calls are possible upon availability, you will get an email with different time options, you must respond within 24 hours with your time choice for the schedule to confirmed.

 Please note that we only offer live video option for an order from the eligible categories that has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Can I come to your location to pick up my order and not pay for shipping?

Yes, if you you wish, you can come to our location only to pick up the order you successfully placed online. We can also ship to you.
