RETURN
- We will accept returns for exchange if in an unlikely situation; you were sent a wrong item. We will take full responsibility to correct this. Client must notify us about this mismatched order maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order and state your intentions to return the item.
- You may return eligible items in their original condition within 14 business days from shipment arrival for your order to be considered for an exchange for the correct item. Upon receiving your returned item, we will confirm if the item was mismatched, once confirmed, we will rearrange your order with the correct item(s) and resend to you for free.
- All returns must be in their original condition: Unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, no glue stain, no stich marks, no loosed beads or stones and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.
- Items returned that do not adhere to these standards will not be qualified for an exchange. You will be notified and the piece will be returned to you at your expense.
- Patch and Trims reserves the right to decide if an order is eligible for return/exchange.
- Patch and Trims has the right to cancel your order in case of misleading publication due to a system error, in typography or price typing before it is detected by us. In this case we will contact you to modify your order or you can request for 100% refund of the canceled order.

REFUND
These are our return policies for the following categories;
Rhinestones And Beaded Patches, Glass Crystal Rhinestones, Acrylic Rhinestones, 3D Handmade Flower Applique, Lace Patches, Buttons:
Client must notify us about intentions to return products within 7 days after receiving the item and the return process must be completed within 14 days.
Client is responsible for all return shipping charges.
This means, we must receive the returned item on or before 14 days. Once we receive the item we will confirm if the item is eligible for refunds. (All returns must be in their original condition: Unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, no glue stain, no stitch marks, no loosed beads or stones and in its original packaging with all tags attached.)
We process your refunds immediately after we have confirmed the state of the item. You will receive the amount you paid for the item minus:
(1). The initial shipping fee from us to you.
(2). Online payment transaction fees; Credit or Debit card (1.40% + €0.25) or Paypal (2.90% + €0.35)
Note: If you paid via bank transfer, the complete amount of the item will be transferred back to the bank account you will provide. (Minus shipping fee)
If item isn’t eligible for refund, the client will be contacted and item will be sent back to client at client’s expenses.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these categories, because of the delicate nature of these items. Most of the items in these categories are mesh based fabrics, embroidered with beads and rhinestones which can be quite fragile and needs to be handled with delicate care.
However, in order to help clients confirm all details of this item before shipping, upon client’s request, we are willing to schedule live video call to show all the details of the this item before shipping.
If after the video call, you wish to withdraw from the purchase, we will refund you immediately the exact payment you made. (Item and shipping cost)
If the client doesn’t inform us about withdrawal intentions, 12 hours after the live video call, we will process the order for shipping.
If the client doesn’t request for live video call while making the order, then we will immediately start processing the item for shipping.
How to request for video call: When you procced to checkout, write on the order note: (“Please schedule a live video call before shipping”).
Video calls are possible upon availability, you will get an email with different time options, you must respond within 24 hours with your time choice for the schedule to confirmed.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for this category, because it is regarded as custom order, when you order, we measure your choice and cutoff. Hence this measurement was made upon your request, we can not accept return or refund after order is made.
You can request for live video call during checkout and confirm details before we cut off and process shipping.
Pre-ordered or backorder item (Regardless of the item category):
- This is regarded as a custom order, because it is not in stock, if you go ahead to pre order any item, we will re-stock that item upon your request so we are unable to refund.
- We will only make refunds exceptionally; for pre-ordered items if we can not re-stock. Regardless of the category.
- When you place an order for an item labeled “Available on backorder” (Pre-order), We immediately start processing your order. If for any reason we can not re-stock that item after your order is confirmed, We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and refund you the exact amount you paid for your order.
